This week we’ve got Patagonia spires, Everest descents, and Europe going full Stone Age!
If it involves exposure, vert, or questionable decision-making — it’s here!
Welcome to another week of mountain mayhem. 🤘
But first… some cliffside drama in Moab…
🧗♂️ Cerro Torre: First Summit of the Season

Two teams hit the final pitch of the Ragni Route at once — chaos, joy, and some of the boldest photos we’ve ever seen.
Think rime-ice mushrooms, vertical madness, and shared summit euphoria.

🎿 Skiing Everest — No Oxygen, Don’t Fall!
📍 Himalaya
Andrzej Bargiel just climbed and skied Everest oxygen-free — Base Camp to Base Camp. First time ever!
Sixteen hours in the death zone (above 8,000m), summit at nightfall, then straight into a 9,000-foot descent down the South Col route.
His brother Bartek flew a drone through the Khumbu Icefall to guide him home. Unreal.

curmudgeon or justified critic?
🏃♂️ Kilian Jornet’s Month of Madness
Dude biked between the 72 highest US peaks, ran up and down them, stacked 5,145 km and 123,000 m of vert — all in 31 days. 🤯
Basically did a marathon and a Tour de France stage every day for a month.
Perspective: last year he tagged all 82 Alps 4,000ers in 19 days. Absolute alien.

❄️ Peak Authenticity: Ice Age is Back
📍 Ötztal, Tyrolean Alps
Three nutters have hiked the Alps Stone-Age style — furs, hides, flint tools and all. Because why wear Gore-Tex when you can suffer historically?
Call it alpine cosplay or Pleistocene-core, but the stoke’s undeniable. These guys didn’t just touch grass — they touched permafrost. 🪓🧊
